ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH

It is simple.

An organisation is effective when the measuring for success (the organisation and business teams within the organisation), shows that the customer’s needs for success are being met and that the demonstrated success is greater than the sum of the parts in the organisation. Synergy.

First principals and the fundamentals, often get lost in the jargon and the charge into the future, our effectiveness comes from having been in this profession we have seen all the cycles and experienced the means to break out of them, and they are all in the domain of culture and process.

We are often asked to work with organisations where the problem seems to be that the results are lower than the sum of the parts should be. We are effective in this work, but more useful in growing effectiveness when engaged before failure occurs.

Business Unit Effectiveness
Where there is a need for common goals and clarity of needed results, clarity of permission spaces (levels of discretion) and roles/responsibilities, business and people processes, relationships and situational awareness of individual and customer needs.

Audit & Analysis
 This work is often our start point, to use effective processes, systems and our own unknowing to look at what is really happening versus the perceptions of people lost in the organisation who can often have skewed or biased perceptions.

Strategic Planning
A process and methodology for producing a useable strategic plan that steps us into a very uncertain and unknown future, that is not just more of the same and which is actually going to be practical to use, not simply another exercise that goes back into the drawer whilst we go back to doing what we have always done.

Facilitation
 For us, the word “facilitate” means “to make easy”, and that is the essence of how we go about this. Working with each client to build clarity of Purpose (why bother with this?), Desired Outcomes and then providing a methodology and process that will achieve the desired results beyond expectations. Usually complex, but we are good at effectiveness and making it easy..

Business Leadership
We work with a wide variety of business leaders in different industries and government sectors, as coaches, mentors and often simply as colleagues available at the end of a phone. Leadership is essentially about taking people where they have never been before, the unknown of the future, it is about having vision, inspiring people with that vision and the persistence to get there.
