The future is very unlikely to extend along a continuum of more of the same, stretching from the past into a distant future.  There are many triggers for change, all of which have varying degrees of probability. Many organisations who draw on our services to facilitate their Strategic Planning have drawers stuffed with strategic plans, where, after much work, the “team” returned to business and carried on as before.

Adventure West operate carefully to avoid the usual paradigms and traps for Businesses and Organisations who require an effective Strategic Plan. 

We use sound processes and systems thinking, along with high levels of creativity in order to open up the “Don’t know what we Don’t Know” boxes so that Strategic Plans are relevant, useful and long lasting. 

Usually, the process begins with analysis and narrowing, long before the actual workshop.  The tools that we use are robust and well proven.
